The EDGE (Education, Drive, & Goals = Empowerment) Program will ignite & empower disadvantaged youth by providing specific workforce training, creativity classes, & personal coaching to youth between the ages of 14-20. Youth will also engage with local advocates, attend events hosted by local universities & regional / national Historically Black Colleges’ fraternities & sororities that focus on STEM, workforce development, college prep & self-awareness.
